was also author of Fitman’s Practice Under the Colorado Code. His association with Vol. 2, issued in smaller pamphlets, ca. 9x6”, while probable, is
less explicit. The publication is largely devoted to reports of Colorado cases, federal and state courts; the latter including both appellate,
district and county courts. Some few case reports, or summaries thereof, are included for other states.)
