(From the Executive Summary: “During the dormant season of 1989, the staff of the Navajo Nation Forestry Department conducted a remeasurement of the
Continuous Forest Inventory (CFI) system. The CFI data base provides the information needed for the development of an updated Forest Management Plan.
Before a plan can be prepared to guide the future, an examination of past activities needs to be conducted. This Timberland Assessment Report presents an
analysis of resultant conditions to accomplish this task. It provides support documentation regarding the forest resource relative to the 1989 CFI
remeasurement.”)
