published since 1951. From Oct. 24, 1951-Aug. 1969 under the title al-Jari¯dah al-rasmi¯yah, which was also issued in English as the Official gazette of
the United Kingdom of Libya from Oct. 24, 1951 to June 25, 1956. Published under the title al-Jari¯dah al-rasmi¯yah (al-Jumhu¯ri¯yah al-?Arabi¯yah
al-Li¯bi¯yah.) since Sept. 24, 1969. The gazette was published under the title Tripolitania gazette from 1943-1951 when the territory was under British
occupation.
