1867 The Mining Laws of Colorado, enacted by the Colorado legislature during its first through sixth sessions. Also included were also the laws of
Congress which opened the public domain to exploration and occupation, and the acquisition of land in title in fee simple; and the instructions of of
the commissioner regarding the mode of procedure. A preface and list of blank forms for sale at the Register Office was also included. This was
printed as a second edition in 1867. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of titles originally held the Yale University Library).
