Constitution for the State of Arizona adopted at the Constitution Convention of 1891, and the address to the people; printed in Phoenix in 1891.
This convention was convened September 7, 1891 and adjourned October 3, 1891 and was voluntary with participation throughout the territory. The address
at the beginning of the document noted various topics covered by the constitution. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of titles originally held the
Arizona State Library).
