Basin Company. January 26, 1842. Would the proposed amendments to the Company' charter be prejudicial to the State's interest? The Board had no
objection to the Company enlarging the canal below a certain point nor an objection to a feeder being built above the mills, but the mills might object.
Any enlargement of the Canal would help solve problems with its connection to the Ohio River.
