Doc. No. 46 Special report of the Board of Public Works [Ohio] relative to the Logan County Reservoir. Senate, January 25, 1841. The Board
attached two previous reports about the Reservoir and the Mad River feeder. There is a faint air of exasperation in this report because the issue had been
addressed before. It was important to complete the Reservoir because the Canal could not open without that water supply. Not opening meant loss of
tolls and failure of structures already built.
