A pro-Vermont treatise on Vermont's appeal to world, containing a statement of the claims by Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and New York, as well as the right of the state of Vermont to independence. The address to the U.S. Congress and American people by Stephen R. Bradley was also included. Published in Hartford in 1779? Of note, Bradley was a politician who served in both the state legislature and judiciary; he also became a Senator and served as President pro tempore of the Senate.
