1906 Senate bill NO. 8 regarding an act submitting an agreement or plan of allotment to the United States government for the individualization of the
lands of the Cherokee Nation. Included in this act is the process for such allotment, included appraisal and other stets to be taken. Of note,
there were some handwritten edits in the bill. Penal laws of the Cherokee Nation passed by the National Council and approved for the years 1893-1896.
