1651? The Lord Baltimore's Case, concerning the Province of Avalon in Newfoundland, an Island in America. Although he was given a charter regarding
this area, he was accused of abandoning before his death (in 1632), and the lands were transferred to David Kirke. However in 1651, the then Lord
Baltimore brought new charges against Kirke over the title of the lands. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the Public Record
