1757-03-31, S. Hopkins' defense of his actions
March 31, 1757 Defense of Governor Stephen Hopkins for his various actions while in office, along with other relevant documents and correspondence.
Of note, Hopkins was in office (for the first time) from 1755-1757; he was subsequently defeated by William Greene, who was also his predecessor. See
