1829, Rose & Miller's communication on the Mariners' Church memorial

February 23, 1829 responses from past Warden Daniel Rose and Warden Joel Miller to the Memorial of the Trustees of the Mariners' Church, submitted to
the legislature. Contrary to the memorial, Rose indicated that he did not guarantee the delivery of the stone in July; Miller defended his action
