SEE ALSO 51857, 51888 Senate No. 3 An Act providing for the use of broad-rimmed wheels, 1828. In two years, all wagons drawn by two beasts had to
have 4" felloes; if drawn by more than two beasts, 5" felloes. Stagecoaches could use 4" felloes. Fines for offenses would be between $5 and $20,
