An act for regulating, governing, and training the Militia of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and for repealing all laws heretofore made for that purpose, excepting an act entitled, "An act for establishing rules and articles for governing the troops stationed in forts and garrisons within this Commonwealth, and also the Militia when called into actual service."
