February 18, 1842 report of the Committee upon State Lands regarding petition of John H. Pillsbury and Ebenezer Webster which sought payments for
alleged unlawful state detention of their lumber. After review, the committee determined that the men were damaged in the amount of $2,500. (Digitized
from a microfilm copy of titles originally held by the the Library of Congress).
