Janaury 22, 1840 Senate report and bill relating to the Seboomook Sluiceway, prepared by a committee appointed by the Board of Internal Improvements
regarding the exploration and survey for the route for the sluiceway. A proposed act to incorporate the Seboomook Sluiceway Company was included
after said report, which delineated the general route, provided provisions and penalties for tampering with the various parts of the sluiceway, and other
