Joint Select Comm. on Election. Report, 1838
1838 Report of the Joint Select Committee regarding the election for governor and the appropriate victor as between Edward Kent and Gorham Parks and
the remonstrance regarding the votes of the towns of Leeds, Fayette and Fairfield. Included in the evidence were voting tables from each county, as
well as a recapitulation of the votes for governor, which showed a victory for Kent. Of note, this is the House version of report; the Senate version
is found at at LLMC #41460. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of titles originally held by the Library of Congress).
