Principal Engineer. Report on Virginia & Tennessee R.R., etc., 1838
February 2, 1838 report of C. Crozet, the principal engineer of the state , along with various other reports, on the Virginia & Tennessee Railroad,
which was submitted to the House of Delegates on February 3, 1838. A second report, by William B. Thompson, assistant engineer, concerned the
Lynchburg and Tennessee Railroad and its branches to Buchanan and Fincastle. A final report by P. Scales, assistant engineer, concerned the completion of the
location of the Ohio River and Maryland Road. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the Library of Congress).
