and collect tolls on agricultural productions, and limit the company's power so to levy tolls to be consistent with the original charter. (Digitized

Title:   The petition of eight hundred citizens of the counties of Campbell, Bedford and other counties, praying the passage of some law, or other action by the legislature, restricting the power of the James River and Kanawha Company to levy and collect tolls on agricultural productions, and limiting their power so to levy tolls, to the maximum prescribed by the forty-fourth section of the original charter.
