Constitutional Convention Document 38, which contained the 1861 report of the Committee of Elections regarding the loyalty of Caleb Boggess, Sherrard
Clemens, and Benjamin Wilson. The first two were found to be disloyal to the state and Confederacy; therefore the committee resolved that they
