1857 Report from the Committee on Internal Improvements regarding a bill to incorporate the North Carolina Central Atlantic and Pacific Railroad
Company. The bill would contract a railroad from the Tennessee line around Ducktown, to connect with the various railroad to form a connection with
Fayetteville. The committee so recommended with some amendments; the engineer's report and other communications were attached in the appendix. (Digitized
