Title:
A bill to provide for the election of electors of president and vice president of the United States, in this state, on the Tuesday next after the first Monday in November next, and to amend "An act providing for the appointment of electors to vote for president and vice president of the United States," revised statutes, chapter 41, and the acts concerning electors of president and vice president, passed at the sessions of the General Assembly of 1840-'1, chapter 26, and 1842-'3, chapter 26.
