House. Comm. on Amendments. Minority report & bill, 1850
1850 House Minority Report on the amendments to the Constitution with a series of bills authored by various members of the House, included the
minority bill. Alfred G. Foster wrote the minority report and objected to the singular nature of the convention's goal, which was to allow those voters who
vote for House members to be likewise qualified to vote for state senators. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of titles originally held by the
Library of Congress).
