1848 Senate Committee report regarding the status of construction, and a bill amending and supplementing a prior act regarding buildings for the deaf
mutes and blind persons in the state. The bill relieved the principal of the Institution of the Deaf and dumb from personal liability for payment to
the contractors, and provided for additional money to furnish these buildings. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of titles originally held by the
