1834, Governor. Message transmitting communication from law revision commissioners
|

December 4, 1834 message from North Carolina David L. Swain to the General Assembly transmitting a communication from the Commissioners appointed to
revise the Public Statute Laws of North Carolina. The commissioners indicated that the third member was too ill to participate, with a request for a
clerk to assist them. They also submitted a sample revision of an act for comments. Said revision was not attached to this document, although found
in LLMC #21352.
