1844 Report of the Committee of Privileges and Elections on the memorial of Henry Myers, objecting to the election of John O'Ferrall as delegate from Morgan County. After examining the evidence, and deducting illegal and adding legal votes, the committee concluded that Henry Myers was duly elected.
