Va. Representative to C.&O. Report, 1833
December 29, 1832 report of Casper W. Wever, Virginia representative of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Company, transmitted in January 1833 by the
Treasury Office to the House of Delegates. The report and attached exhibits concerned various plans for railway extensions. Of note, Wever also
suggested that the voting methods should be adjusted to allow the governmental votes more representation, should the company be granted an extension of its
charter. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the Library of Congress).
