1832? House Committee of Agriculture and Manufactures regarding the inspection and grade of flour and Indian meal in Richmond. After examination,
the committee determined that it was good policy to limit millers to one brand; of changing the mode of appointing the inspector; and of reducing the
inspector’s fees. In addition, they also suggested adding a higher grade of flour of superfine. See LLMC #22861 for a related document. (Digitized
