1831 Report of the House Committee of Privileges and Elections regarding the petition of John H. Vawter, who challenged the election of John W. Kelly
as a delegate from Monroe County. After taking and reviewing evidence on a number of challenged votes, the committee concluded that after illegal
votes were deducted, and others restored, Vawter had won the election. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the Library of
