House. Bill on circuit courts, 1828? (version 1)
1828? House bill and substitute bill on the creation of circuit courts, the powers and procedures of the judges and clerks of this court. This first
version (see LLMC #22792 for a second version) gradually discontinued the jurisdiction of the Chancery Courts, but provided some transference of
certain cases at the time of passage. The substitute bill also listed the counties in the districts. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title
originally held by the Library of Congress).
