1825 Report of the House Committee on Schools and Colleges regarding the relocation of the College of William and Mary. Specifically, the donations
had diminished and the committee determined that the faculty and others were not responsible for this situation. The committee resolved that a
passage of a law to changed the site of the college, as requested by the board of visitors, was reasonable. Attached to this report were various reports
