1863 Report of the Joint Committee appointed to review a communication from the governor of Georgia (not included) regarding salt and its
transportation. In response to complaints from Georgia, the committee suggested a resolution which would order the preferences for allowing transportation of
trains belonging to other states, beginning with the needs of the Confederacy and ending with private individuals and corporations. (Digitized from a
