1847? Report of the Committee to Seat Representatives, regarding the elections of Henry W. Thomas and Edgar Snowden as a member of the House of
Delegates. The committee determined that an act making Alexandria part of Virginia was partially unconstitutional, as it had deprived the County of Fairfax
of a delegate. Both the delegates, one from Fairfax County and the other from Alexandria, were both seated. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of
