1850, Senate. Resolution on Raleigh & Gaston R.R.
1859 Senate Resolution regarding the Raleigh and Gaston Rail Road Company, which was then owned by the North Carolina and in a dilapidated condition.
The resolution supported reconstruction of the line, and established the procedure to raise capital stock of $800,000, to rebuild the line using a
newly incorporated company. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of titles originally held by the Library of Congress).
