Amendments to the Constitution of North Carolina, proposed by the Constitution Convention of 1875, along with the proposed Constitution. Among the
provisions were those which required "non-discriminatory" segregated public schools, prohibited interracial marriages, gave the legislature control
over county and township government, and simplified the method of amending the state constitution. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of titles originally
