1865 North Carolina Constitution and the ordinance to submit same to the qualified voters of North Carolina, published in 1866 in Raleigh. This
constitution nullified the 1861 Confederate Constitution of North Carolina, as well as prohibited slavery in the state. It was rejected by the voters.
