August 2, 1779 a publication to the fellow citizens of Philadelphia(?) regarding a town meeting in which the liberty of the press and freedom of speech were verbally attacked, in that the French were insulted, presumably by a Loyalist. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the Massachusetts Historical Society Library).
