July 14, 1779 broadside, printed in Philadelphia and issued by William Henry, appeared to be a response to Roberdeau's address regarding setting
prices on goods. Henry indicated that a three year subscription would naturally cause prices of goods to be lowered. See LLMC #20995 and 20998 for
