1775-11-07, Resolution on renewal requirements for innkeepers

November 7, 1775 Resolution regarding the process to be used to renew licenses for retailers, innholders, or common victuallers. Of note, one requirement was that they were "firmly attached" to the rights of their country. November 4, 1775 Proclamation by the Congress in Exeter setting November 30th as a day of public thanksgiving for a good harvest, failure by its enemies to have the French and Indians fight against them, and hopes for a restoration of peace.
