December 29, 1780 Declaration of Sir Henry Clinton and Mariot Arbuthnot appealing to the colonies to reconcile with the British. Of note, the
declaration allowed for any of the rebellious states to rejoin whether together or separately. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by
