November 13, 1773 broadside authored by "A Trademan" which criticized a prior article by Poplicola, a Loyalist, who had supported the duties on tea, and that the colonists must submit to Parliament's decisions. Tradesman attacked both the East India trade on tea and likened the "patriots'" situation to that of the Magna Carta.
