1696-05-??, June 4th proclaimed day of Thanksgiving for discovery of conspiracy in England
Two copies of a May 1696 Broadside which declared June 4th as a day of thanksgiving following the discovery of a plot against King William. Gov.
Benjamin Fletcher further instructed that all persons pray in celebration of this conspiracy discovery and for the continued success of the military.
