Pamphlet entitled "Propositions by the Five Nations of Indians," by the Five Nations and given to Richard Earl of Bellomont, Captain General and Governor of New York in 1698. The Five Nations were the Mohawk, Oneida, Onondaga, Cayuga, and Seneca peoples. Other responses and messages are also included in this document.
