Review of the trial record of Quiller Walker: April 3, 1919, 5 p., typed, April 3, 1919. ( The review of the trial record of Corporal Quiller Walker
of Company K of the 24th Infantry, who was tried before a court martial at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. He was charged with others of willful disobedience
of an order, mutiny, murder of 14 persons, and assault with intent to kill 8 persons. These charges were in connection with the race riots in
Houston, Texas on August 23, 1917. The review of the trial record provides a summary of the evidence and the testimony of witnesses. The accused testified
on his own behalf. The Assistant to the Judge Advocate General found no errors in the court martial and confinement in a penitentiary was authorized
under the 42nd Article of War.)
