13–16, contains the text of the “Proposals for Constitutional reform in the territories of Antigua, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, Saint Christopher,
Nevis and Anguilla, Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent agreed to at the Conference convened by the Federal Government at the Federal House, Port of Spain,
Trinidad from 23rd to 26th March, 1959.”)
