and consolidated up to and including the 20th day of September, 1941). To which is prefaced The Emergency Powers (Defence) Acts, 1939 and 1940, His
Majesty’s Orders in Council applying those Acts to Nigeria and providing for the reciprocal enforcement of certain regulations, and to which is
