typewritten manuscript was addressed to the Secretary of the Interior (December 5, 1928), and begins, “The Committee convened by you on November 12, 1928,
for the purpose of considering the Problem of Indian Administration respectfully submits the following report, based primarily on the survey recently
made by the Institute for Government Research covering this matter.” The report addresses education, health and general economic conditions,
including recommendations that do or do not require appropriations, and legislation and further study. The report was signed by six committee members,
including J. A. Buntin, Chairman.
