rights under the Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance welfare program. The handbook was written by two lawyers [Martha Ward and Sarah W. Barlow]
who have worked in a legal services program on an Indian reservation.” It includes a table of contents, illustrations and a form to use to request a
hearing.
