Can I pay my membership dues by credit card?

Yes. We accept payment by check, ACH transfer, or credit card. To pay by credit card, please contact us at llmc@llmc.com for a secure payment link or invoice.

How do I request usage statistics for my institution?

Please email llmc@llmc.com with your institution’s name and the date range you’re interested in. Note: We are currently unable to provide COUNTER-style usage statistics.

Who do I contact if our IP addresses or authentication methods have changed?

Please notify us know of any updates to your IP ranges, proxy settings, or authentication systems by emailing llmc@llmc.com. Keeping this information current ensures uninterrupted access for your users.

Can I get MARC records or title lists for LLMC content?

Yes! MARC records are available free of charge for OCLC subscribers, from OCLC. Having MARC records from OCLC help integrate LLMC content into your OPAC/catalog. Please contact us for additional information at llmc@llmc.com.

How do I update our institutional contact information?

Email us at llmc@llmc.com with any updates to your billing contact, primary library contact, or technical contact. We recommend keeping your directory information current so we can better support you.

Do you offer training or webinars?

Yes. We are happy to provide virtual training sessions or brief walk-throughs for staff, faculty, or researchers. Contact us to schedule a session tailored to your needs.

How can we suggest new content or digitization priorities?

We welcome suggestions from members! If you know of legal materials that would benefit from digitization, please get in touch. Member input helps shape our acquisition and preservation priorities.

What happened to the Rights Portal and the Indigenous Law Portal?

The Rights Portal is no longer being supported. However, PDF documents from the Indigenous Law Portal are being preserved and gradually incorporated into the LLMC Digital database for continued access and use.

What happened to the African Law print holdings list?

The African Law print holdings list is still available and can be downloaded here.
