Holland, A Lecture on the Brussels Conference of 1874
A lecture given at All Souls College on May 10, 1876 by Thomas Erskine Holland, entitled "Brussels Conference of 1874, and other diplomatic attempts
to mitigate the rigour of warfare." This speech was subsequently published by James Parker and Co., Oxford and London, in that same year. Following
the lecture is an appendix, which contained the Geneva Convention of 1864, the Additional Article of 1868, the Declaration of St. Petersburgh, and
the Draft Declaration of the Brussels Conference.
